Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banking operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day banking operations and ensure smooth functioning of all processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise a team of operations staff and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in banking operations
