Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Experience: Minimum 4+ Year
Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in executing and supervising all types of civil works. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all civil construction activities, including:
Earthworks and excavation
PCC, RCC, and structural works
Road works, pavements, kerbs, and drainage
Masonry, plastering, finishing, and allied works
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, and suppliers
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, measurements, and records
Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and billing
Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
Implement and enforce safety procedures at site
Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues
Support project team in meeting time, cost, and quality targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

Sound knowledge of civil construction practices
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Basic knowledge of surveying instruments and methods
Familiarity with QA/QC and safety requirements
Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage)
Ability to work independently and under site pressure

Willingness to work at site and flexible working hours
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
