Job details
1. Site Execution & Daily Management: Supervise daily construction activities on site,Ensure works are carried out as per: Approved drawings、Method Statements、Project schedule,Manage subcontractors and workers on site,Ensure proper manpower and resource allocation
2. Work Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily / weekly work plans
Coordinate with:QA/QC team、Procurement、MEP / Civil teams,Ensure no work stoppage due to:Material shortage,Drawing issues,Interface conflicts
3. Drawing & Technical Control
Review construction drawings and identify issues
Raise RFIs for missing or unclear details
Ensure correct setting-out and execution on site
4. Site Progress Control
Monitor daily progress vs schedule
Report delays and propose recovery plans
Maintain site records (daily report, progress tracking)
5. Inspection & Handover Support
Coordinate with QA/QC for:
Inspection Requests (IR)
Work inspections
Ensure work is ready before inspection
6. Safety & Compliance
Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements
Coordinate with HSE team for:
Trainings
Safety implementation
7. External Coordination
Consultant
EPC
Support site inspections and respond to comments
8. Material & Logistics Control
Check material delivery and usage
Ensure materials are:
Approved
Properly stored
Avoid wastage and rework
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years site experience
Experience in:
Labor Camp / Modular Buildings / EPC projects
Familiar with:
Civil + MEP basic coordination
UAE project experience preferred
Skills
Strong site management ability
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and fast-track projects
English required
Preferred
Experience in modular / prefab installation
Experience in camp projects
Familiar with Abu Dhabi site workflow
