Job Title: Customer Happiness Consultant

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and provide solutions.
2. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
5. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed to resolve issues efficiently.
7. Uphold the company’s values and brand image in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

• Emirati nationality (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.

Salary: Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
