Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries, requests, and transactions.
- Provide accurate information about government services, procedures, and requirements.
- Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
Location and Working Hours:
The position is based in Dubai, with standard working hours of 8 hours per day.
