Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute HR functions across the employee lifecycle
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and payroll
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Languages: Arabic and English
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 AED
Location: Dubai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR functions, with exposure to a fast-paced environment. The HR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and executing various HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
