Responsibilities | |
1 | Provide general administrative support, including memos, correspondence, forms, and reports. Manage job advertising, recruitment, application processing, employment verification, contracts, and compensation in compliance with policies and laws. |
2 | Assist and inform employees about leave management, benefits, performance appraisals, and HR procedures. |
3 | Manage employee induction, onboarding, exit formalities, and interviews. |
4 | Conduct HR training sessions and coordinate safety & security inductions with HSE. |
5 | Ensure confidentiality in employee relations, legal actions, terminations, and organizational plans. |
6 | Act as ISO process owner to ensure compliance with legislation and plan due diligence activities for audits. |
7 | Oversee mobilization and onboarding, including visa processing, health insurance, and work permits. |
8 | Source group medical insurance, analyze costs, coverage, claim ratios, and reimbursement clauses. |
9 | Organize team-building exercises for administrative and operational teams. |
10 | Prepare leave settlements, final settlements, ticket allowances, bonuses, and loan settlements. |
11 | Handle payroll management for all employees (Headcount: <100). |
