About the Role:
We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Supervisors. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Train and onboard new sales staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Location and Working Hours:
The position is based in Dubai, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
