About the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified Emirati female candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least one year of experience in HR. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
