About the Role:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant at a private company based in Abu Dhabi. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the administrative team and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for senior staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both in Arabic and English.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is not specified, making this position suitable for fresh graduates.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location and Working Hours:
The position is located in Abu Dhabi with standard working hours of 8 hours per day.
