The Role:
As the Executive Director of News Content Sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s content strategy and driving editorial excellence.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will lead a talented team of professionals and oversee all aspects of content production, distribution, and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Strategic Leadership: Setting and guiding the content strategy to align with our organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Driving innovation and continuous improvement in content development and delivery.
– Editorial Excellence: Upholding the highest editorial standards, fostering a culture of ethical journalism, and ensuring the quality and integrity of our news content. Leading efforts to innovate storytelling and engage diverse audiences.
– Operational Management: Managing the end-to-end content production process, including editorial planning, story development, production workflows, and distribution channels. Overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
– Digital Transformation: Leading digital initiatives to enhance our organization’s online presence and engagement. Developing and implementing strategies for content distribution across digital platforms, social media channels, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:
