Job Description:
- Conducting recruitment and headhunting activities (both direct and outsourced)
- Developing and managing budget and spending plans for manpower
- Establishing a comprehensive recruitment system and automating the recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance with external and internal audit requirements
- Preparing initial and final offers for candidates
- Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new joiners’ IT and procurement needs are met
- Managing participation in career fairs
- Implementing Emiratization 5-year plan
