Senior Engineering Manager

Almarai is seeking a highly capable Senior Engineering Manager to lead Production Engineering across our Dairy and Juice operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a critical managerial role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of plant engineering, utilities, and maintenance functions within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical depth, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to lead teams in delivering world-class engineering performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience across maintenance and engineering roles within FMCG or food manufacturing
• At least 5 years in a leadership or similar managerial position, ideally within dairy or food processing environments
• Strong exposure to utilities operations, maintenance, and energy optimization programs
• Practical experience in processing plants within dairy or food sectors
• Exposure to packaging technologies (Tetra Pak, SIG, KHS) is an added advantage
• Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
