Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
– Answering the CEO’s emails and phone calls
– Scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements
– Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
– Assisting with daily time management
– Running errands as requested
– Drafting correspondence such as emails, contracts, and letters
– Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
– Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
– Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
– Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all requirements are met
– Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including confidential matters
– Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments
– Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Essential Requirements
– Appropriate to the image of the company, a professional image must be reflected and worn at all times within the organization and towards the clients
– Discretion and trustworthiness
– Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills
– Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite
– The ability to be proactive and take initiative
– Good organizational attitude and ability to remind/follow up on all open matters
– Good communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
– Flexibility
– Enjoy working in a team environment / Happy to undertake lone working
– Self-motivated
– Must be able to cope with the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the job
