Position Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office. This position offers Emirati nationals the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Support:
    • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and managing documents.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
  2. Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
    • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  3. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, inventory lists, and office expenses.
    • Assist in preparing and organizing company documents and reports for internal and external use.
  4. Office Management:
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to arrange maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  5. Team Support:
    • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Collaborate with team members to support projects and initiatives aimed at achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
