Position: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Handle performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role (Minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successful staff management and development.
