Position Summary:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives. This position is open to Emirati nationals with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and relevant experience in data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in the data.
- Model Development:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve business problems.
- Evaluate model performance and fine-tune algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Build predictive models for forecasting and optimization, such as demand forecasting, customer churn prediction, and recommendation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production and monitor their performance over time.
- Insights Generation:
- Interpret analytical results and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
- Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing activities to foster a culture of learning and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
