As a Senior Accountant at Kress Cooper, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, overseeing various aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and capabilities.
