ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Manager plays a key role in growing Turpal’s revenue by developing relationships with customers and closing new deals. Responsibilities include: – Research and prospect potential leads – Lead the entire sales cycle – Build relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions – Collaborate with teams (tech, product, marketing) – Monitor and drive commercial health of customers – Establish long-term partnerships with key travel industry organizations. |
| Skills | REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) – 3+ years of experience in sales in the Middle East – Cold calling experience – Proven track record in leading full sales cycle – Experience in travel technology, B2B SAAS, or related sectors – Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM – Strong sales knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset – Excellent organizational and communication skills – Fluency in English and Arabic – Startup mindset, open to change, and tech-savvy. |
