Job Description Responsible for:
– Scouting clients and companies, generating new leads, and closing sales.
– Presenting the software to clients, discussing its usage, features, benefits, and subscription or cost.
– Negotiating pricing with clients; escalating special discount requests to management when necessary.
Customer Service Provide assistance to existing clients and maintain vendor-customer relationships, addressing:
– Technical issues.
– Billing concerns.
– Software upgrades or downgrades.
Billing & Accounts Receivable Collaborate with the Billing and Accounts Receivable Department to:
– Ensure accurate billing to clients.
– Communicate any changes in agreed costs promptly to the Accounting team.
Quarterly Product Review Work with technical and development teams to:
– Suggest product enhancements.
– Maintain positive features based on customer feedback.
Weekly Reporting Prepare and submit detailed reports to management, including:
– Leads generated.
– New clients acquired.
– Feedback from current clients.
– Weekly sales performance.
Strategic Sales Planning Develop a yearly sales plan by:
– Analyzing past challenges.
– Setting strategic actions, goals, or quotas for the next calendar year.
Requirements Experience: At least 3 years in Sales
License: Valid Driver’s License
Visa: Must have own visa
