Billing & Accounts Receivable | Collaborate with the Billing and Accounts Receivable Department to: – Ensure accurate billing to clients. – Communicate any changes in agreed costs promptly to the Accounting team. |
Quarterly Product Review | Work with technical and development teams to: – Suggest product enhancements. – Maintain positive features based on customer feedback. |
Weekly Reporting | Prepare and submit detailed reports to management, including: – Leads generated. – New clients acquired. – Feedback from current clients. – Weekly sales performance. |
Strategic Sales Planning | Develop a yearly sales plan by: – Analyzing past challenges. – Setting strategic actions, goals, or quotas for the next calendar year. |
