Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to automotive products and services.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling order processing, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Effective multitasking abilities and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts in Sharjah.
Salary:
