Tasks and Responsibilities:

| Maintain accurate and updated databases of domestic worker folders. | – Ensure all records are up-to-date and organized for easy access. |
| Manage the domestic workers attendance and payroll. | – Monitor attendance records and ensure timely processing of payroll. |
| Follow up with the domestic workers after hiring process and solve their complaints. | – Address any concerns or issues raised by domestic workers promptly. |
| Conduct training sessions for domestic workers and identify their needs for referral to the required program. | – Identify training needs and facilitate appropriate programs. |
| Prepare weekly reports on achievements, challenges, and reasons for returns, and present them to Management. | – Provide comprehensive reports to management for decision-making. |
| Monitor company accommodation, cleaning, and report any maintenance required. | – Ensure accommodation facilities are well-maintained and report any issues. |
| Update the system daily regarding domestic workers’ status. | – Maintain accurate records of domestic workers’ status and activities. |
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Tadbeer industry.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
