As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Providing administrative support for employee training and development activities.
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handling employee inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but previous experience in HR roles will be an advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
