Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR and Recruitment Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven experience in HR management and recruitment
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:

Location and Working Hours:
This position is based in Dubai, with standard working hours of 8 hours per day.
