Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, with a focus on employee relations and compliance with UAE labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in HR, particularly in employee affairs and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations:
    • Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Mediate conflicts and disputes between employees, striving to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Compliance:
    • Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure full compliance in all HR activities, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
    • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and best practices.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities as needed.
    • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  5. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and UAE labor laws.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
