Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in recording financial data.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the finance team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance and Audit Support:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the company’s financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
