We are currently seeking qualified Emirati candidates for the position of General Manager for a private company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic objectives and goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the company’s performance.
- Financial Management:
- Manage financial resources and budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day in Dubai.
