We are currently seeking candidates of all nationalities to fill the position of Procurement and Logistics Services Officer at a private company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
Conduct procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
Logistics Coordination:
Arrange transportation and shipping for incoming and outgoing goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory replenishment as needed.
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of products and services.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepare and maintain procurement-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in procurement and logistics services.
Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work 8 hours per day in Dubai.
