Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Develop and implement the company’s strategic objectives and goals.
   • Provide leadership and direction to the management team and staff.
2. Operations Management:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the company’s performance.
3. Financial Management:
   • Manage financial resources and budgets to achieve financial targets.
   • Analyze financial statements and reports to identify areas for improvement.
4. Business Development:
   • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
   • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
5. Team Management:
   • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
   • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day in Dubai.
