Description:
We are currently hiring Emirati candidates for the positions of Receptionist and Customer Service representatives to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in the same field, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to customers regarding products or services.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to appropriate personnel.
