We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative for a private company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide assistance and support to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Order Processing:
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery and shipment of orders to customers.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and queries.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for management review.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and targets.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day in Dubai.
