We are currently seeking Emirati candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative for a private company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:
   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
   • Provide assistance and support to resolve customer issues and complaints.
2. Order Processing:
   • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
   • Ensure timely delivery and shipment of orders to customers.
3. Communication:
   • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
   • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and queries.
4. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
   • Generate reports and summaries as needed for management review.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and targets.
   • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or related role.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day in Dubai.
