Job Description:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for both male and female individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner.
- Effectively solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and word processing software.
- Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Emirati nationality with Family Book
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Knowledge of data entry systems and word processing software is desirable but not mandatory.
Location:
The position is based in Dubai, offering a dynamic work environment in one of the UAE’s most vibrant cities.
Working Days and Hours:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary:
Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
