Job Description:
We are currently seeking Emirati male candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree who are looking to start or advance their career in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
