Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and requests. Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful applicants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Emirati nationals with a family book are preferred.
