Job Description:
We are currently seeking Emirati candidates, both male and female, to join our team as Social Media Marketing Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in social media marketing is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong creativity and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Location and Working Hours:
This position is based in Dubai at Al Wahda Center, with standard working hours of 8 hours per day.
