About the Position:
As the Head of Strategic Workforce and Emiratization Unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing workforce strategies to enhance productivity and promote Emiratization in our organization. Leveraging your expertise in workforce development and industry insights, you will drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Job Title: Head of Strategic Workforce and Emiratization Unit
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in capacity development, hospitality, or equivalent
Location: Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 8 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Emiratization Initiatives: Lead Emiratization efforts by designing and executing programs to enhance the representation and advancement of Emirati nationals within the workforce.
- Talent Development: Implement talent development strategies to build a skilled and diverse workforce, including training and career development programs.
- Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and frameworks to evaluate workforce effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government entities, and external partners to support workforce development initiatives and Emiratization goals.
- Policy Development: Develop and review policies and procedures related to workforce management, Emiratization, and talent acquisition.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in capacity development, hospitality, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and Emiratization initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
