Job Opportunity: Customer Happiness Consultant

Position Summary:

As a Customer Happiness Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and happiness of our clients. This position offers Emirati nationals with experience in customer service the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Provide personalized assistance to enhance the overall customer experience.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions and recommendations to meet their needs.
  3. Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate customer complaints or concerns and take proactive steps to resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance and follow-up.
  4. Feedback Collection:
    • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our products, services, or processes.
    • Communicate customer feedback to the management team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction metrics and trends for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or higher education qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and demonstrate patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
