As a Customer Happiness Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our clients and domestic workers.
As a Customer Happiness Consultant, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients and domestic workers. Your duties will include assisting clients with their inquiries and requests, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their interactions with Tadbeer Center.
Requirements:
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Experience in computer usage is preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
Salary: AED 8000 per month plus commission.
Vacancy City: Dubai (Al Qusais)
Workdays: 6 days per week
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
