Responsibilities:
As a Customer Happiness Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to facilitation services.
Assisting customers in navigating government procedures and processes.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of issues.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
