Responsibilities:

- Update customer information in the bank’s database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales Executive in a bank.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
