Position: Employee Relations Analyst
Job Description:
As an Employee Relations Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing employee relations within our organization. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving workplace conflicts, providing guidance on employee policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of fairness and transparency. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to address employee concerns and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Emiratis (with family book)
- Gender: Male and Female
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management
- Experience: No prior experience required
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience
- Vacancy City: Abu Dhabi
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day
