Job Responsibilities: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading and managing a team of financial professionals to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
2. Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
4. Monitoring market trends and analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, with proven leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
