| Establish a detailed UAE market customer database, market sizing, and competitor positioning. | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. |
| Follow and report on major customer and competitor moves and news. | A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the chemical industry with a coatings background. |
| Follow and report on market prices; growth rates, etc. | Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. |
| Segment markets to best understand the target segment BCI is best positioned to serve. | Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. |
| Introduce the Company to target customers and routes to market. | Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections. |
| Understand customer technical requirements and current product specifications. | Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. |
| Follow up on technical qualification process at customers in coordination with the Technical Manager including getting competitor liquid samples; foamed samples; data sheets, and processing conditions. | Strong organizational and time management skills. |
| Schedule regular customer visits and have an in-depth understanding of customers’ business model. | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |
| Manage existing accounts to secure target volumes and met/developed. | |
| Communicate prices with customers and negotiate to finalize orders (offer to P/I). | |
| Provide basic technical support to customers and use company technical visit reports format to report to Lab on technical requirements or issues. | |
| Manage customer claims in coordination with the Technical manager and the Senior Sales manager. |
