Sales executive job description
- Developing and managing a new customer database while sustaining current relationships for automotive and industrial lubricants.
- Ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Conducting customer visits and supplying products according to company policies.
- Preparing sales quotations, submitting them to customers, and following up regularly.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements by reaching terms and conditions.
- Coordinating payment collection and delivery when necessary.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Submitting daily activity reports along with weekly/monthly sales reports.
A background in the automotive industry is essential, along with relevant experience in automotive and industrial lubricants. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are required.
