Key Responsibilities: We seek to employ the service of an experienced receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.

 

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, filter, and forward incoming calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails/deliveries
Update calendars and schedule meetings
