Education: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English
Salary: To be determined based on qualifications and experience
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Responsibilities: As the Preschool Department Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the operations of the preschool department
Developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum
Leading and managing a team of preschool teachers and staff
Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the preschool department
Collaborating with other departments and school management
