Key Responsibilities | |
Administrative Support | – Assist with general office tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry) |
– Maintain supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed | |
– Support the team in organizing daily schedules (office-based and site-based) | |
Client Communication | – Communicate with clients, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction |
– Address client enquiries and provide information about services | |
– Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups with clients | |
Documentation | – Assist in preparing client-facing documents |
– Maintain accurate client account records | |
– Maintain daily records of company receipts and expenses | |
– Maintain accurate records and databases | |
– Assist the PRO in issuing and renewing company visas | |
Team Collaboration | – Work closely with various departments to support daily operations |
Skills | |
Required Skills | – High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus |
– Office experience preferred | |
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail | |
– Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD or SketchUp experience is a plus | |
