The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality service standards, managing the staff, and coordinating with the kitchen team. The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates with the Executive Chef to deliver a seamless dining experience.
– A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field
– 5 – 8 years of restaurant management experience
– Food & Beverage Operations
– Health and Safety
– Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing and managing the culinary operations. Lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Maintain the restaurant’s reputation for culinary excellence, uphold strict standards of food safety and hygiene, and foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
– A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end culinary environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
– Profound knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
– Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
– Demonstrated creativity in menu design, plating, and culinary innovation.
– Exceptional time management skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen and meet tight deadlines.
