Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse and logistics activities, particularly the coordination and planning of less-than-container-load (LCL) import shipments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning container utilization to maximize capacity while ensuring cargo safety and meeting handling requirements.
• Coordinating with trucking companies and warehouse teams to execute import container operations.
• Managing communication and coordination with clients regarding import consolidated containers.
• Preparing and sending tally sheets and inventory reports to clients on time.
• Handling day-to-day administrative matters for PESD staff.
• Monitoring and completing agreed key performance indicator (KPI) tasks for clients.
• Supporting daily warehouse operations and carrying out additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
